Service Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f)

Core responsibilities:
• Testing of one.Vip new products and services;
• Obtaining required resources for testing purposes;
• Preparing testing documentation required for the whole testing procedure according to company’s defined standards;
• Detecting problems during testing and timely reporting to the relevant departments for their quick resolution;
• Proactively addressing issues and investigating problems arising from the production environment;
• Prepare regular summary/reports of the “current status” about the requested subject;

Requirements:
• University degree;
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Independence and proactivity in work;
• Multi-tasking, time management and prioritization skills;
• Ability to make quick and efficient decisions;
• Ability to operate under challenging situations and short deadlines;

Business Intelligence Specialist

Core responsibilities:
• Provide reporting and analysis for decision-making of top & functional mgmt, ensure transparency, availability and accuracy of data;
• Further develop and maintain BI-product portfolio;
• Structure and prioritize internal customer requests;
• Provide standardized and ad-hoc reports;
• Evaluate and challenge customer requests;
• Educate internal customers and translate their requirements into realistic specifications;
• Provide top management and other internal customers with analyses, reports and help them interpret those.

Job requirements
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Computer Science;
• Solid knowledge of SQL is must;
• Great understanding of relational & multi-dimensional Databases,
• Microsoft Office, esp. advanced MS Excel;
• Knowledge of English – excellent, oral and in writing;
• Outstanding analytical skills;
• Organized and able to manage and prioritize numerous requests simultaneously;

Business Support Systems Operations Specialist (m/f)

Core responsibilities:
• Ensuring smooth daily operations of BSS systems and services;
• Responsible for setup of monitoring tools and to act proactively in order to identify potential problems;
• Supporting end users form business departments and being 2nd line of support for BSS Systems and services and point of escalation to 3th line of support.

Requirements:
• Solid technology education in computer science or telecommunications;
• Professional experience in the IT or telecommunications industry is an advantage but is not mandatory;
• Experience in database administration skills (preferably Oracle);
• Knowledge of Linux;
• Experience in Web services, XML, SOAP;
• Experience in TIBCO Admin is an advantage but is not mandatory;
• Independence and proactivity in work;

CRM and Order management Specialist/Expert

Core responsibilities:
• Design, development and implementation of new functionalities according to the requirements of other company departments;
• Coordination of the technical aspect of ongoing activities and /or projects;
• Analyze and manage existing technical solutions and create new ones in line with new technological trends.

Requirements:
• University Degree, IT or Technical;
• At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in IT;
• Solid knowledge in CRM systems and telecommunication services;
• Solid programming knowledge (PHP or dotNET, REST, SOAP, Javascript, JQuery, JSON);
• Solid knowledge of databases (preferably Oracle), SQL, PL / SQL, database design;
• Experience in automation of processes shall be an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Independence and proactivity in work;
• Teamwork and communication skills;
• Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written);

Junior Business Support Systems Specialist

Purpose
Ensure all activities related to one.Vip prepaid, postpaid and fix subscribers are done on time and with high quality, including project management, analyses, development, implementation and testing of new products and services, providing operational support and maintenance of business request and processes relevant for business support systems serving.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for development and implementation of new products and services for one.Vip prepaid, postpaid and fix customers according existing demand management process.
• Responsible for analyzing, managing and improving existing processes relevant for the prepaid, postpaid and fix segment
• Ensuring quality, accurate and timely realization and delivery of business requests and projects with all documented phases
• Conducting feasibility studies (possibilities and implications), creating specifications, configuring, developing and implementing functionalities needed for rating, charging, billing and provisioning of prepaid, postpaid and fix products and services
• Defining implementation prices of GSM/ GPRS/ 3G/ 4G tariff models and services, MMS services, roaming visitor tariffs, tariff maintenance and service configuration in the Billing System as well as provisioning to other network elements including PCRF.
• Supporting Incident, Problem and Change Management Process as 2nd and 3rd level support for prepaid, postpaid and fix issues
• Regularly reporting about status of projects and regular tasks to the Billing and Product Catalogue Manager
• Performing all company / business tasks requested by direct superior in case of need

Job Requirements
• University degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• relevant experience, preferably in the telecommunication industry (nice to have)
• experience in project management and development and implementation of new system functionalities (nice to have)
• experience in working with Prepaid and Postpaid billing systems (nice to have)
• Previous experience in project leading and developing and implementing new functionalities (nice to have)
• Previous experience in working with vendors (nice to have)
• In-depth understanding of system architectures in complex technical environments, ideally gathered in the telecommunications industry
• Good knowledge of databases (preferably Oracle), SQL/PL SQL
• Unix knowledge (nice to have)
• TIBCO and JAVA as advantage
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, e-mail, Internet, MS Project)

Senior Billing, Rating and Charging Specialist

Purpose
Ensure all billing, rating and charging activities related to one.Vip prepaid, postpaid and fix subscribers are done on time and with high quality. Implementation of billing and mediation requests, ensure rating quality and no revenue loss.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for billing, rating and charging processes for one.Vip prepaid, postpaid and fix customers.
• Responsible for analyzing, managing and improving existing processes relevant for the prepaid, postpaid and fix segment
• Ensuring quality, accurate and timely realization and delivery of business requests and projects with all documented phases
