Here at Nestlé, we are looking for a dynamic, pragmatic team player with genuine integrity and with desire to achieve, to join our Finance Team in Skopje at the position of:
 
Finance and General Services administrator (m/f)


Main responsibilities

•    Checking the correctness of received and posted invoices
•    Indexing, scanning/sending of invoices
•    Communication with vendors regarding posting and payment and active participation in reconciliation with local and foreign vendors, governmental institutions included
•    Maintains employees’ files, ensures that all Employment contracts and related documents are prepared on time; registers new employees with government institutions;  archives all documents related to Finance and HR administration
•    Assisting in HR and Finance administration optimization: accountable for the continuous improvement activities, reviews and optimize processes, improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of daily activities.


Profile of the candidate

•    Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related filed
•    Engagement in different student projects, student associations or student work (experience in project teamwork: member or team lead)
•    Open mind for learning in International environment
•    Outstanding communication skills and service orientation
•    Developed organizational and time management skills
•    Enthusiastic & goal oriented person
•    Analytical mind-set to drive solutions, consultancy approach to effectively initiate and manage change
•    Ability to generate innovative solutions and proactively build relationships
•    Fluent English, both written and spoken
•    Good knowledge of MS Office
