To thrive in this role, we need a person who is creative, solution-oriented and has the ability to go from strategy, idea to action. Being good at multitasking and structuring content, knowing how to attract fans and how to formulate messages to attract followers helps. You also need to be data driven and to know how to combine campaigns to drive sales. In addition to this, interest for jewelry, watches & fashion, and you enjoy working at a fast pace with short deadlines, is also a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
► University degree in Marketing and/or Communication or equivalent
► Over 2 years of work experience within a similar role in B2C
► Experience in setting strategy and planning content for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
► Collaborative attitude, experience working on a cross-geographical setting
► Organizational & time-management skills
► Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
► Analytical and data driven approach
► Analytic skills within Facebook Business and Google Analytics
► A good eye for design and the ability to produce graphics and edit images and video
► Excellent skills in Photoshop and Indesign
► Knowledge of marketing automation tools for publishing and scheduling content
► Knowledge of SEO and Ad-words
RESPONSIBILITIES:
► Manage and create daily content for Social Media, FB & Instagram
► Optimize presence to reach traffic and sales goals
► Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns within the channels
► Develop strategies to increase awareness and engagement across channels
► Monitor and report results of campaigns and engagement
► Identify and analyze community trends to drive continuous improvements in channels
