Compliance Officer is responsible for managing the process of ensuring that core elements of an effective compliance program are implemented and working as designed All Sanofi operations for all activities /Support all activities (Sanofi, Genzyme, Pasteur, CHC, etc.) of Sanofi operations in the whole Adriatic region with primary focus to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo.

Minimum Level of Job-Related Education:

The preferred educational background:

• A university education, in which studies in business management would be particularly helpful.
Experience and knowledge:
• Seven to ten years of sustained, high-level Pharma Industry experience in with local operations, preferably with people-management experience.
• Experience in compliance field will be considered as an advantage.previous Medical Affairs experience in pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred

• Ability to interact with colleagues having different languages (knowledge of other languages in the region, including Albanian is preferable), cultures, and customs
