Job Title: Contract Engineer
Vacancy: 1

Job Duties:
1. To review the letters/documents from the Employer/Engineer or Subcontractor and reply/response the issues according to the Contract /the Subcontract (FIDIC 1999) and
2. Responsibility of preparation of Monthly Statement for payment from the Employer or
preparation of IPC to Subcontractor and,
3. To check the Subcontractor's monthly statements/or Engineer's IPCs and Tracking                      management of Main Contract and Subcontract, and
4. Process-management to Subcontractor or
5.To have experience in Claims or Anti-claims, according to the Contract and Subcontract.
6.File management

Job Qualifications Requirements:
1.Nationality: Macedonian,
2. Education requirements: Civil Engineering or relevant disciplines
3.Language requirements: advance level, or fluent English in writing, speaking and listening or.
4. Civil engineering working experience will be a big advantage, especially motorway construction background
5. To be familiarized with Project Cost \Estimate and Budget\Contract Management
6. To be familiarized with FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (1999 red book)
7. To be familiarized with Bills of Quantities for pricing rules
8.To be familiarized with Macedonia law and regulations
9. To be familiarized with Macedonia construction standards and codes
10. To be capable to communicate with the Employer/Engineer or  Subcontractor
