…with the following:
Educational background:
• VII/1 degree University degree in psychology or similar
• Master degree in Human Resources management will be considered as an advantage
Working experience:
• At least 3 years of extensive experience in Human resources services
• Experience in various recruitment approaches such as selection upon job advertisement, public announcements, social media search (LinkedIn, Monster) etc, executive search will be considered as an advantage
• Experience in overall recruitment in Macedonia and the region
• Experience in regional labor market research according to given specific criteria
• Experience in creation of long and short list of candidates
• Proven experience in interviewing, testing and creating personality profiles of candidates
• Capacity and affinity for designing and implementing of training programs
• Capacity for designing and implementing of coaching projects
Personal characteristics:
• Target oriented personality
• Responsible worker with a capacity for detail
• Eagerness for development and learning
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• A person that values and is capable of confidentiality
• Leadership skills
• Efficiency in time management
• Enthusiasm to share - develop - coach and mentor
• Capacity for problem solving
• Good listening skills
Foreign languages: Excellent knowledge of business English, knowledge and understanding of Albanian, Bulgarian, Greek, Bosnian-Croatian-Serbian language will be considered as an advantage.
Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet
