Account Manager
Job description: You will be responsible for developing an Account Plan, outlining emerging account opportunities to be addressed through account related activities, supported Bidding Department and Pre-Sales.
Responsibilities:
• Meet revenue targets as agreed with senior management;
• Support the overall development of Huawei Macedonia Office;
• Interface with target customers in order to determine their potential to do business;
• Head up sales campaigns focused on winning business within their target customer market, ensure senior management are aware of resource requirements;
• Ensure all customer requirements are captured and follow up measures are taken;
• Develop relationships with senior customer leaders;
• Report on customer account status on regular bases, develop opportunities and prepare proposals to ensure resources can be allocated;
• Ensure all opportunities are tracked in order that any key issues can be addressed as soon as possible;
Qualifications:
• Degree equivalent preferred
• Strategy development/Account Planning Skills
• Customer interface, presentation, relationship management
• Good understanding of focus account strategies/business needs/problems and issues
• High level of understanding of Huawei Portfolio and business activities
• Ability to manage/co-ordinate activities across a diverse set of people
• Print account interface: account management and development
Skills/Experience
• Minimum of a Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications, computer science or electronics.
• Over 5 years direct telecommunications and carrier network sales experience with a proven track record in international telecom Equipment Company.
• A proven track record of building long-term relationships with strategic carrier accounts.
• Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
• Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential.
• Must welcome challenges.
• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
Administrative Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Management team;
- Achieve the targets according to the company’s policy and process strictly.
- Company apartments management;
- Manage the company carpool;
- Admin Expense Record and Analysis;
- Services quality control and expenses control;
- Environment Health and Safety Regulation monitoring and execution;
- Administrative Supplier management;
- Front Desk Coordinator
- Documents Management: preparation, notarization and legalization;
- Other Admin Services and Management;
Requirements:
- Experience in administration and office work for at least 2 years;
- Good performance under workload and pressure;
- Good at Excel and Outlook;
- Excellent knowledge of English – both written and spoken;
