The Role: Recruitment Specialist (Temporary)
Job Description:
• Responsible of selection and recruitment process of International Head Office employees and country offices,
• Selects the most appropriate assessment evaluation instruments for the countries,
• Making exit interviews in Head Office
Required Qualifications:
• University Degree
• Fluent English, and Macedonian (both written & verbal). Albanian and Turkish are a plus.
Professional Expertise
• Minimum 2 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment & selection
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Knowledge in competency based interview and assessment center application
