qBit Solutions is Italian startup with headquarters in Skopje. Located in the heart of Macedonia, working with the brightest minds in Europe we are providing security and privacy protection services to clients through the world. We are providing outsourcing services such as: web & UI design, web app development, server monitoring and management, IT disaster recovery and consulting to our partners in Western Europe. Currently we are in process of expanding our development team and we are searching for lead Graphic Artist/Designer, lead Andorid and lead iOS developer.
What you will do:
• Creating illustrations, website/mobile designs, color palettes, typography, user interface elements, logos, business cards, flyers, catalogs, brochures
• Refine and improve existing designs
• Thinking creatively and using imagination to produce new ideas
• Sharing your insights on how to refine and improve our design process
• Brainstorming with your team to achieve creative concepts and original designs
What we look for:
• Minimum 1 year professional design experience
• Must have a strong portfolio featuring examples of visual and user interface design examples
• Talented creative artist with breathtaking illustration and design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop CS6, Illustrator CS6, InDesign CS6
• Experience in designing for social media and mobile platforms
• Experience in HTML5/ CSS3 is a plus
• A feel for current trends in web and UI design and know how to apply that knowledge to everything you design
• Solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, color and imagery
• Ability to translate high-level requirements into stunning, original and elegant designs
• Ability to accept constructive criticism or feedback, while understanding and incorporating requests for revisions
• Fluent in English
• Having a great sense of humor is a big plus
