Recruitment Specialist (Temprorary) / Macedonia

Job description

    Recruits the personnel for Country HQ positions in required qualifications in case there is vacancy in current positions or if additional staff is needed in compliance with the corporate procedures, supports International HQ Recruitment Specialist in executive positions such as Country Manager and Regional Manager
    Plans and conducts all recruitment processes such as placing job ads in career portals, makes filtering, organize the interviews, selection of the personnel, conducts reference checks of selected personnel before offers and provides long lists to store managers for store positions
    Ensures that legal duties of recruitment process carried out, prepares necessary documents for registration of new personnel and forwards them to country accounting personnel or outsource company

Desired Skills and Experience


Education & Language Skills

    University Degree in a relevant field
    Fluent in English (both written & verbal)

Professional Expertise

    Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably at consulting firm or retailing
    Preferably experienced in Assessment Center applications and competency-based interviews
    Experienced in field of e-learning
    Knowledge of MS Office programs


Job description

    Ensures that LC Waikiki standards are implemented and followed constantly in the store
    Preparing the schedules of Store team efficiently
    Maximizing store productivity and efficiency
    Establishing excellent customer service and satisfaction
    Establishing and maintaining high standards of store layout and visual merchandising in line with the corporate standards
    Achievement of the given sales targets, productivity/m2 and bottom line profit objectives
    Achievement of the agreed/given Internal Audit Performance
    Controlling the shrinkage rates and all expenses and improving the conversion rates

    Preferably 2 years of retail experience in similar position
