Job description

Lear has an opportunity for experienced Launch Manager based in Gostivar, who is accomplished at working in an international and fast growing environment. Reporting directly to the Plant manager you will be working with operational & business unit teams, as well as with our client. There will be a focus on ensuring the plant achieves a successful launch of new product line with corporate and financial goals, aims and objectives, whilst managing all aspects of the launch in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities will include:

    Overview, deal and control all aspects related to launches at the plant.
    Assure timely the proper communication of the program status and roadblock to upper management
    Assure the respect of deliverables deadlines belonging to the plant
    Through coordination and liaison with the plant management team, responsible for all manufacturing, quality, technical, logistics and maintenance functions on site to support launch activities
    Complete the Manufacturing Review Assessment and the feasibility plant commitment for each LPMP phase
    Ensure the HSE and environmental guidelines are taken in account in the industrial timing
    Monitor and assure the launch is within PAR assumptions
    Promote the utilization of the continuous improvement Lean tools during the launch.  

Desired Skills and Experience

To be successful you’ll need:

    3 years + experience in a Project or Program Launch role within the automotive sector
    Strong personality qualities, leadership skills
    Experience of launching new project as well as conducting the current ones
    A technical degree or formal qualification within an Engineering related discipline would be advantageous
    Full working proficiency of English and Macedonian language is essential.
