LAUNCH ENGINEER 

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering;
1-3 years’ experience in an automotive manufacturing environment would be preferred;
Quality/Engineering/Process experience ;
MS Project, MS Office, MS Outlook;
Knowledge and experience of Siemens PLM Teamcenter would be an advantage;
Macedonian and English fluent, German would be advantage;
Driving license and considerable driving experience
Able to work outside of Skopje

Responsibilities:
Drive SDT ( Simultaneous Development Team ) cross-functional team representing each department;
Coach and motivate the SDT team to encourage ownership and responsibility for the program activities;
Key interface between customer business unit/program manager/JIT plant and plant SDT team to achieve the program's targets on time, cost, quality and manufacturing feasibility;
Work with functional managers to identify the training needs and create training plans;
Ensure timely completion and reporting of all program deliverables according to customer and JC policies;
Manage Launch Startup cost according to program budget;
Manage and coordinate on site reviews;
Key contact point between JC and the Suppliers;
Frequent European travel to customer locations and other JC sites.

Positive and confident under pressure
