In Macedonia, in the Bitola region, KROMBERG & SCHUBERT built a manufacturing plant and employs over 2,500 workers.

Kanban Specialist/ Material Flow Planner
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reporting with actions and disciplinary to Local Logistic Manager and central devision
- Assist with Projects
- Controlling and maintaining the electronical kanban system
- Introducing, monitoring and evaluation of kanban units
- Monitoring and evaluation of the stock within the kanban system
- Direct cooperation with the warehouse
- Optimise kanban process
- Train staff in the areas of Kanban/ incoming goods,/ warehouse/ dispatch
- Plan, introduce and support program for material flow
- Document process in KS Wiki and integrate optimisation suggestions
- Introduce and support internal and external material supply processes in K&S
Education, skills
- Secondary school
- Good understanding of English or German
- Excellent use of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience in logistics is advantage
General requirements
- Ability to travel abroad up to 60% during the year
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow and keep deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Critical thinking
- Flexibility
- Open minded and goal oriented
