Wanted: Experienced Facebook Expert

LeanSEM, a digital agency based in USA and Skopje, is looking for an Experienced Facebook Expert, who is ready to lead and possibly build a team. You must have experience managing large budgets and be current on all Facebook best practices for advertising and site updates. You should be ready to come in and hit the ground running and bring our team up to speed.

English is a must and Portuguese would be a huge plus. This is not a job where you come in pull reports, do busy work, and go home. You must love learning about technology and human behavior. Requirements
•    Excellent English written and verbal communication skills is a must! Clients are US based.
•    Self-starter, fast learner, and a go-getter. Passionate and competitive A-players only.
•    Strategic problem solvers wanted.
•    High interest in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
•    Highly analytical and organized.
•    Understanding the mindset of various US consumers is a plus.
•    Capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests.
