Salary and benefits

I. Finance Manager
Basic salary monthly: 9,000~16,000 RMB / month
Annual bonus based on company and individual performance: extra one month salary
Meal allowance: 18 RMB/day
Social Insurance according to local requirement
Company Dormitory provided or 150 RMB / month housing allowance instead

II. Plant manager
Basic salary annually: 500,000~750,000 RMB before tax
Annual bonus based on performance: 100,000~150,000 RMB
Working meal provided
Social Insurance according to local requirement
City center apartment and company car with driver for commuting daily
Cell phone expense reimbursement

III. HR / Admin manager
Basic salary monthly: 12,000~20,000 RMB / month
Annual bonus based on company and individual performance: extra one month salary
Working meal provided
Social Insurance according to local requirement
Company Dormitory provided or 150 RMB / month housing allowance instead











I. Finance Manager


The Finance Manager is a newly created hands on role to manage our local financial operations in China. The role will report into the local Operations Manager with a dotted line into the Financial Controller based in the UK. There is a need to implement an environment of financial compliance; ensuring that the Factory is compliant with all local and international financial regulations and in ensuring that the business meets its obligations in relation to annual Audit.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Preparation of monthly regional report including commentary (for group finance and local management)
Monitor, improve or build key finance processes to support local operations
Build and maintain Internal controls including approvals
Monitoring of local spending requiring relationships with local senior management
Cash forecasting and input into budget process
Liaise with external tax compliance advisors for preparation of local tax returns
Being a business partner for the Managerial level in China
Management of small team
Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely fashion
Ensure all Balance sheet (incl. bank a/c) are fully reconciled each month
All payments processed in a timely fashion

Requirements
5+ years of experience in an Accountant role, preferably at a mid-sized company (~150+) and in a stand-alone position
Excellent spoken and written English
Technically strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes
Knowledge of local tax compliance
Excellent numeracy and reporting skills
Able to work independently on a day-to-day basis (with remote management)
Able to build connection with non-financial managers
Proactivity to improve processes
Highly comfortable working within global, cross cultural environments

II. Plant Manager


Based in Chang An between Shenzhen and Dongguan, we make extremely high quality and high value large scale model cars for all of the significant luxury sports car manufacturers in the world. We require an experienced and extremely well qualified Plant Manager to take our manufacturing operation employing 230 people to the next level of efficiency and profitability. Our production is an unusual combination of engineering and art, involving many skilled hand processes and small teams that require strong leadership and management to harmonise their activities and realise their full potential. We have a large and swiftly growing order book and we now need to increase our production to meet this demand while maintaining our extremely high quality standards. The ability to manage through a very varied and swiftly changing product range, and to build a team approach across numerous departments with widely differing skills sets and attitudes will be key abilities for the successful candidate. The company's profitability is very dependent on the performance of our factory, so while the base compensation for the successful Plant Manager will be industry standard, performance related bonus will be generous.

Job brief
We are looking for a Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.

You will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

The successful candidate will have the key skills to develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our director’s expectations
Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
Collect and analyse data to find places of waste or overtime
Commit to plant safety procedures
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements

Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts

Requirements
Proven work experience as a plant manager
Proven managerial experience
Excellent knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
Willingness to learn and develop good understanding of our equipment and technical expertise
Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
Computer literacy
Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
BS or Masters degree in Business Management or related field

III. HR Manager


Job brief
We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Nurture a positive working environment
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance

Requirements
