BILLING SPECIALIST


Key Responsibilities:
Analyzing business requirements, writing design specifications to meet functional and technical requirements
Delivering new modules, configuring/developing and testing new tariffs, services, products, applications, interfaces, and all billing related modules (i.e. rating, mediation, provisioning, billing, bill formatting, collection, payments …)
Testing of new products and services
Producing tools and queries for reporting and every day activities
Interacting with cross-functional teams to understand business and data requirements
Providing end-user support and proactively addressing issues and investigating problems arising from the production environment
Researching, evaluating and applying new technologies, and re-evaluating existing processes and methods
Taking active part in local and group-wide projects related to business systems

Job Requirements:
University Degree in IT or Computer Science
Professional experience with SQL and PL/SQL
Proven ability in UNIX/shell scripting
Experience with Oracle tools (sqlloader, export, import) and with Oracle 10g/11g/12g will be considered an advantage
Experience and knowledge in Amdocs or BSCS billing system
Proven experience in telco business will be considered as strong advantage
Proven ability to manage the delivery of integrated solutions in tight schedules
Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluency in English is a must
Experience in documentation of procedures and ability and will to document all procedures
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, self-motivated and requiring minimal supervision
Team player with strong customer focus and ability to translate business user specifications into technical designs
Willingness to go the extra-mile, to meet demanding deadlines, as well as ability to handle multiple tasks

CRM AND APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST

Key responsibilities:
Developing and implementing new products and services for both internal and external customers of one.Vip related to CRM and other applications
Supporting Business Unit Requestors in definition, clarification and documentation of business demands (including test specification)
Interacting with cross-functional teams to understand business and data requirements
Providing end-user support and proactively addressing issues and investigating problems arising from the production environment
Configuration, development and implementation of functionalities needed for the CRM system concerning pre-paid,post-paid and convergent services
Taking active part in local and group-wide projects related to business support systems

Job requirements:
University degree in Computer Sciences
Experience in development with SQL and PL/SQL
Experience with Oracle db 10g/11g/12g and Oracle tools is considered as advantage
Experience in development with Java EE/ Jboss is considered as advantage
Experience with Sugar CRM
Knowledge and/or experience with TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS and/or other TIBCO products will be considered an advantage
Experience with Amdocs or BSCS billing system is considered as advantage
Proven experience in telco business will be considered as strong advantage
Proven ability to manage the delivery of integrated solutions in tight schedules
