Advisor, Public Sector Financial Management.
Responsibilities:
• Assess capacity, systems and controls
of government and non-government
organizations
• Verify and audit program expenditures and
monitor complex program budgets
• Evaluate program implementation
against set objectives and specific donor
requirements
• Write reports according to corporate
standards in both English and Macedonian
• Monitor market developments and prepare
analyses and proposals.
Requirements:
• University degree in business, accounting,
economics or other relevant field
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of financial management of
EU funds and other donors will be an
advantage
• Strong analytical mind and keen interest in
the public sector developments
• Attention to detail and strict compliance
with deadlines
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Fluency in English
