The Company

 

Clikdaq provides development, data and marketing services to UK clients Tau Marketing Services (TMS) and Digital Adventures (DA).

 

The role

 

TMS and DA currently manage their own QA requirements for their websites but is moving this to Clikdaq. We are recruiting a QA Analyst to lead and manage the QA tasks and processes for both clients.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute testing procedures (manual)
• Regular testing of main user flows for all products, across multi-device, multi-browsers and multi-connection
• Regular monitoring of site content and creative, and escalating issues to the Product / Operations team
• Monitoring key KPIs and escalating issues to the relevant teams
• Checking the implementation of tracking links across all acquisition channels
• Checking data integrity for tracking links across all acquisition channels in the back office software
• Supporting the Product and Operations teams with the testing of new features
• Identify, record, document and track bugs for prioritization by the Product team
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

 

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

 

• Previous experience in a QA role or equivalent would be an advantage
• Intelligence with the ability and desire to learn and adapt quickly
• Team player, good interpersonal relations, highly motivated, passionate for quality
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to follow (and develop) processes and procedures
• Strong English language skills
• Knowledge of gambling industry / affiliates would be an advantage
