LifeWatch monitoring services employs professional clinical staff and provides around the clock (24/7) monitoring for patients. The services include Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT), cardiac event monitoring, Holter monitoring and INR Self-Testing, which utilizes technologically advanced remote monitoring equipment.
The local MK office includes ~30 highly skilled engineers that report to their managers located in the U.S

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: The SQA Automation Engineer will work with the development and QA teams to ensure product quality through automation using Visual Studios, Selenium, TestComplete, Appium, and/or any other necessary testing tools to help validate the product. This person is able to independently script and execute automated and performance test cases; log, manage, and retest defects; create and execute automated test cases; develop comprehensive regression, interface, integration, and system tests. They will also be responsible for helping to define and setup our automation framework, building out test libraries, governing our automation standards and processes, as well as cross training other team members as needed.

EXPERIENCE:
Required:
• The SQA Automation Engineer will have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and at least 6 months of testing experience or equivalent and will require extensive mentoring and coaching;
• They will have 1 – 2 years experience of automated testing including independent development of basic scripts;
• Experience with complex script development and execution. Can work independently being able to complete all primary account accountabilities below and be able to serve as a coach / mentor to the lower level engineers;
• Experience automating multiple platforms;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Attention to fine details;
• Able to define the different test needs on multiple platforms;
• Experience in writing C# tests;
• Experience in writing JavaScript / JQuery and knowing when to use those languages to support our testing;
• Ability to multi-task effectively;
• Passionate about testing
Preferred:
• The senior QA Engineer will have at least 2 - 3 years experience with complex script development and execution. Can work independently being able to complete all primary account accountabilities below and be able to serve as a coach / mentor to the junior engineers;
• Experience automating multiple platforms;
• Experience with the Git, Visual Studios and plug-in experience using White, Watin, and NUnit;
• Experience testing web services;
• Experience testing large complex applications;
• Excellent problem solving skills.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: The SQA Quality Engineer will work with the technology teams to ensure product quality by analyzing requirements, decomposing those requirements into test scenarios, determining any necessary data requirements, developing test data, performing validations against those requirements, logging and retesting defects, and executing software test cases in both a manual and automated environment. This individual will be able to independently review requirements and provide feedback; create a testing matrix; log, manage, and retest defects; create and execute test cases; validate backend changes; validate user documentation; develop basic regression, interface, integration, and system test plans; and define entrance and exit criteria for components under test. This individual will understand and uses metric in project reporting, facilitates walk-throughs of the test approach and helps to define the work schedules. It’s preferred to have experiences in databases and date file manipulation, validating meta-data, tracking data to its source and ensuring overall data quality. This person will have 3 – 5 years of testing experience on medium to large scale projects and familiarity with a variety of test levels, methodologies, test management tools, object oriented analysis and design. This person must be willing to challenge the status quo when needed and embrace and promote change.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to fine details;
• Be able to provide detailed analysis of test results from a test execution after logging defects in a defect tracking system;
• Knowledge of databases and writing database queries;
• Experience and knowledge of web-based, device, and/or stand-alone applications and associated technologies;
• Display a proven ability to create test plans and test cases for enhancements and defect fixes at a function and user level;
• Can conduct the execution and validation of previously written test plans, test cases, and regression tests;
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
EXPERIENCE
Required:
• A minimum of 3 years of Quality Assurance experience supporting software applications;
• Understands Software Development Life Cycle and Quality Assurance concepts, metrics, SDLC methodologies and documentation standards;
• Experience developing test plans based on functional specifications, test cases from use cases, and requirement matrixes from requirements;
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects;
• Ability to prioritize workload, to meet deadlines;
• Ability to create database queries for back-end testing and validation;
• Be able to serve as a coach / mentor to any junior level analysts;
• Passionate about testing.
Preferred:
• For a Mid-Level SQA Engineer, 3-5 years testing experience on large-scale systems on a variety of platforms, familiarity with development methodologies and test levels, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
• Knowledge of relational databases such as MS SQL;
• Experience testing client server, device, stand-alone and web based applications;
• Experience with the Atlassian products as plus;
• Has previous .Net programming experience;
• Candidate will have a CSQA, CSTE, and ISTQA or be qualified for certification.
