SIPPO Business Support Organisation (ВЅО) Facilitator (Junior position)

Swisscontact is an independent Svviss foundation promoting economic, social, and environmental development and currently active in Eastern Europe with five projects concentrated in VVestern Balkan: Skills Development, SME Promotion and labor market access. Swisscontactoperates from offices established in Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia and Serbia.

The Swiss Import Promotion Programme SIPPO is a mandate of the Svviss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, SECO. It develops innovative methodologies to strengthen the capacity of Business Support Organizations in 11 countries with emerging economies. They deliver "last mile" services to improve worldwide exports and satisfy the demand on the importer side.

SIPPO, facilitated by Swisscontact, going to start on 1st April 2017, searches for its office in Skopje a SIPPO Business Support Organisation (BSO) Facilitator -Junior position, with focus on export promotion training, online content management and monitoring and results management

The SIPPO BSO Facilitator will cooperate closely and assist the SIPPO Country Representative (SCR) in the implementation of the SIPPO strategy and the annual work plans in the sectors of activity, as well as in communication, controlling, monitoring and reporting. S/he should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Assist the SCR in dayto day operations of the SIPPO regional office
Undertake duties under instructions ofthe SCR to support the implementation of programme activities, vvhich focus on: BSOs webbased services, market and trade related information content and online tools; a webbased collaboration platform and export promotion training
Support BSOs and sector associations in providing improved services related to export promotion
Establish and maintain excellent netvvork with ali stakeholders in the programme
Gather, compile, and update information relevant to trade / export promotion
Support the SCR in ali communication issues; write crisp texts related to SIPPO, and plače them online
Compile for the country home page of SIPPO trade and export related information, focussing on the programme sectors: natural ingredients; sustainable tourism and valueadded textiles
Handle requests for information and data
Organisation of meetings, seminars, vvorkshops, missions
Preparation of programmes for official visits (make appointments, organise logistics, etc.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes and presentations
Apply monitoring and results measurement tool based on SIPPO guidelines and templates
Collect data for SIPPO MRM (Monitoring Result Management) and maintain the SIPPO
MRM / CRM (Customer Relationship Management)system

Requirements:
Knowledge and understanding of export / trade promotion
Experience in vvorking with different stakeholders in the country (public and private sector)
Experience in composing specialized texts; releasing trade and exportrelated information
MS Office and Internet application; application of digital communication instrumente
University degree in есопоту, one of the programme sectors, management or equivalent
Minimum 2 to 5 уеагѕ work experience in international or domestic programs
Strong communication skills, at ali levels and with ali technical means (print, online)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent language skills in English: C1 / CEFR (written and spoken)
Knowledge of languages of minority groups in Macedonia will be considered as advantage
