The Role

 

The Content Writer will work closely with the Marketing Operations teams for DA and TMS and be responsible for supporting the content requirements across a diverse range of campaigns using multiple communication channels.

 

Responsibilities will involve supporting the TMS Content Marketer with daily content production.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Create content to communicate and attract customers to our promotions and website which will be delivered to customers via a variety of channels including (but not limited to) on-site, email, SMS, direct mail and social media.
• Refine existing communications to maximize customer engagement.
• Manage customer engagement via social media.
• Support the development of new processes to deliver content efficiently whilst ensuring a high standard is maintained.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, showing initiative, suggesting ideas to continuously improve quality and ways to increase efficiencies within the team and department.
• Help with any area of the business as required.

 

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

 

Required:

 

• Excellent written English skills.
• Previous experience of producing content in a digital working environment.
• A keen eye for detail and able to spot even the smallest of errors.
• Comfortable working quickly and to strict deadlines.
• Ability to generate ideas to adapt and improve content and customer communication.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Intelligence with the ability and desire to learn and adapt quickly.
• An understanding of SEO best practices.

 

Desired:

 

• Knowledge of CMS and back office systems
• Basic HTML knowledge
• A degree level education.
• A basic understanding of / or the desire to learn, about the iGaming industry.
