Job description
The PCN Integration engineer can be expected to analyze, prepare, implement, troubleshoot and verify the existing configuration, as well as integration of a SGSN/MME, EPG, PCRF nodes (or new technologies as Cloud or virtual applications), customer network e2e. Scope could include the scenarios of Introduction, SW upgrade, HW expansion, functionality and capacity expansion of PCN nodes.

Responsibilities & Tasks
Plan the implementation of the Product Configuration and/or Integration activities
Execute Product Configuration
Execute Integration work; troubleshooting during integration; answer to customer requests
Prepare and perform acceptance test with customer on site; handover equipment/functionality to customer
Identify and drive improvements
Perform Post Project activities
Participate in regular customer meetings or ad hoc meetings with customers
Position Qualifications
Core Competences:
Mobile Networks Knowledge
Good IP Knowledge technology (routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, firewall, etc). CCNA would be a plus.
General technical and electrical knowledge
Good English language skills (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
Problem Solving
Operation systems, data bases, etc. would be a plus
Knowledge of Shell scripting (Perl, python and Java will be an added advantage)
Experience with technical troubleshooting
General "open source" knowledge, "hands on" approach and a "can do" attitude
