In view of developing the company’s presence in Macedonia and to build relationships with clients, the company is welcoming a dynamic professional to take the position of Branch Manager and to establish the presence of the company’s aromatic and delicious products portfolio.

Branch Manager

Your mission:
Steer, administer and co-ordinate the marketing, sales and administrative activities of the subsidiary in accordance with the policies, goals and objectives established by the corporation in the frame of its strategic plans and budgets. Ensure and accelerate the subsidiary’s growth in profit and market share, taking the responsibility for:
•    Presenting company’s portfolio to Macedonian market
•    Developing and leading sales strategy to Industry and Key Accounts
•    Leading and executing strategy for Artisans and Distributors in line with the Group’s strategy, in order to achieve the targets in all aspects and sales, market share and expenses
•    Supervising all activities of the subsidiary, including the manufacturing, engineering, quality, research, marketing, sales and all operational aspects with the objective to ensure its profitability and growth
•    Implementing and following the Group’s criteria, financial reporting processes, procedures and systems for profits measurement and evaluation of the results and customer care
•    Developing information process and monitoring of the market awareness in terms of general economic scene, competitive activities, customers’ needs
•    Conforming the subsidiary’s activities to governmental, legislative and regulatory requirements and regulations.


For the successful recipe you will need:
-    Business awareness to develop and implement the company’s strategy
-    Serious experience in marketing lead business strategy
-    Result-driven mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
-    Team-leading and motivating abilities
-    Strong communication and presentation skills
-    Good capacity in financial management and analysis
-    University level academic background
-    Energy to travel extensively within the country
-    Excellent command in English
-    Passion for food
