Administrative assistant and HR associate (1 position) - Responsible for administering the company’s business affairs, the chosen candidate will assist in implementation of the organization's strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
•    Provide support to the management team and CEO
•    Cover general clerical tasks, including correspondence filing, meetings scheduling and data entry
•    Participate in organizing initiatives, action plans and day-to-day tasks
•    Assist with and prepare minutes of meetings, reports and documents translations
•    Provide travel and protocol assistance to the staff
•    Implement and oversee the internship program of the company
•    Active involvement in the corporate social responsibility initiatives
Requirements:
•    Ideal 1 year working experience in the field
•    Strong communicational skills both written and verbal (both in Macedonian and English)  
•    Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office system tools

HR Specialist (1 position) – A driven candidate with strong desire for progress, will manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the organization

Job Responsibilities:

•    Carry out the strategic plan of the HR and legal affairs department aligned with current and future organizational needs and goals
•    Run the Recruitment Process – active role, implementation, reporting and management
•    Manage internal communication - develop and execute communication plans and tactics
•    Manage the company’s Performance Management program - implement, monitor and measure performance within the company
•    Conduct employee orientation and induction
•    Coordinate and implement annual initiatives and plans
Requirements:

•    2 years of working experience in the related field
•    Professional expertise
•    Proficiency in English
•    Sound understanding of current employment laws and practices in Macedonian
•    Ability to use initiative
•    Time Management skills
