SOX and ICS expert/specialist
Core responsibilities:
• Support SOX activities – from planning / risk assessment to remediation;
• Work with the business users, internal and external auditors to satisfy SOX requirements;
• Lead a project to perform a deep dive into a number of the company processes;
• Identify control gaps and weaknesses in design and implementation;
• Documenting any new business processes, updating existing controls, initiating the program’s self-assessment tasks, evaluating the assessment results and assisting process owners in resolving any identified control issues;
• Support coordination with group sox competence centre;
• Support coordination with process owners.
Job requirements:
• University Degree;
• Minimum 3 years of working experience;
• Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley;
• Knowledge of accounting/financial reporting concepts;
• Experience in audits is advantage;
• Knowledge of project management is advantage;
• Proactivity and willingness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment;
• Independence and high level of personal responsibility;
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
• Excellent communications and presentations skills;
• Excellent oral and written English;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of CRM and SAP is advantage;
• Ready to travel.
