LeanSEM is looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. We are a digital marketing company based in California and Skopje, and we pride ourselves on delivering results. All our clients are in the highly competitive US market, so strong English is a must.

Main responsibilities
• Manage paid social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Create and share killer content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Communicate daily with clients
• Manage brand awareness and online reputation
• Promote content through social advertising
• Create clear tests and analyze results
• Report on what is working or not, why and give recommendations
Qualifications
• Excellent written English skills, including sentence structure and proper word choice
• Must be an analytical and a creative thinker
• Possess online research skills
• Кnowledge of business manager tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Work independently without much direction
• Quick learner, adaptable and has a sense of urgency
• Optimistic, ambitious, committed and proactive
• Team player
