Regional Technical Support Engineer
Qualifications:
Successfully completed education as Telecommunications engineer with very good understanding of mobile/IP networks
At least 2 years of experience in a support and/or deployment role
Advanced expertise in computer networking (Routing/Switching, etc.)
Strong experience with Cisco SP equipment or relevant IP experience with other vendors in the area of Service Provider business
Advanced MS Office skills
Fluency in English (Level B1)
Strong soft skills to interact with customers
Responsibilities:
As Regional Technical Support Engineer contact you provide support to local customers in Macedonia
Act as interface between the customers and our centralized Kapsch CarrierCom engineering, deployment and L2/L3 support organizations to ensure that technical questions and issues are handled in a professional and timely manner as per contractual obligations
Provide hands-on support during installation, integration and acceptance activities at customer’s premises
Provide answers for general usage and operational questions and issues
Support customer and internal support teams to identify root cause of technical problems and by providing/implementing solutions
