One Contact is an Telecommunication and Online Data Processing centre supporting North American Clients. The Data Center uses the latest technology to efficiently answer calls, process online orders and transmit the details to our clients. Customer Service representatives are front line agents providing an exceptional level of service including greeting, processing orders, resolving issues and providing information while focusing on One Contact customers wants and needs.
- Fluency in English (5 Full Time Position)

- People with work experince abroad and extremely fluent english required
- Working Hours 3PM - 11 PM Monday - Friday
- Salary 20500 Denar + Bonus
- Prior Outbound Contact Center or Sales Experience Preferred.
Job Description:
This person will be responsible for researching companies and finding decision makers in the organization. Fluency of English language and the ability to convince key decision makers to meet the company representatives is a key requirements for this position. There are no sales involved in this position but having sales skills, ability to convince decision makers about the company services is critical for success.

Responsibilities:
- Researching North American Companies
• Contacting Senior Level Management at CEO/CFO/Director Level
• Meet monthly appointment setting targets
• Send Company information to prospects
• Follow-up on warm leads
• Find and research businesses that would benefit from our services
• Perform outbound calls
• Schedule qualified meetings
• Manage and update a leads in our CRM database
• Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs
