VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking motivated and Creative professionals for the position of a Monitoring Officer of the "Creating Job Opportunities for All - 2" project.
Monitoring Officer - 2 positions
Under the direct supervision of Project Manager and the Social Inclusion Programme Unit the Monitoring Officer will be responsible for the following:
Provide capacity building and technical support to partner institutions
Coordinate activities to support the Employment Mentors in providing labour market activation services to 1) youth and 2) vulnerable groups at risk of social exclusion
Facilitate and monitor implementation
Provide administrative support to project activities
Provide project implementation support
Required education: University Degree in Law, Public or Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant field is required.
Required professional experience:
At least 2 уеагѕ of professional experience in implementation of developmental interventions focused on employment of vulnerable groups; Experience in working with local governments and national institutions working in the area of employment; Proven expertise and experience in coordination of at least 2 services and/or measures aiming at activation of vulnerable groups in their local communities; Experience in working with Roma and other socially excluded group will be an asset. Excellent computer literacy (MS Office; Windows, Internet); excellent communications, report writing and analytical skills; Driving license B category.
Language Requirements:
Language proficiency in both written and oral English and Macedonian.
Knowledge of other local languages shall be considered an asset.
