We are seeking international customer care agents who are mainly responsible for taking care of customers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls as well as deal diplomatically through written correspondences. You also update customer database, manage communication time to attain objectives, and apply operational instructions to deliver the best possible service. This permanent contract includes 36 work hours per week, basic salary with language bonus and performance bonus, 25 days off and seven days RTT, life and private medical insurance, and 50 percent reimbursement on transport fee.
