POSITION: At Home Telesales representative.
POSITION SUMMARY: As a representative of our telesales/outbound calling team, you will be responsible for growing our customer base.
COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to persuade and influence others;
- Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects;
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques;
- Interpersonal and communication skills;
- Computer skills;
- Reading and writing in English ( native or fluent English proficient);
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule;
- Arithmetic skills;
- Cool - tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Experience in Telesales/Telemarketing.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Have stable internet connection and be willing to work from home.
- Present and sell company products to potential customers in Australia.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns where possible.
- Follow action plan prepared by Team Leader.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals.
- Maintain proficiency of sales/skills materials and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Communicate new products, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to Team Leader.
- Attend scheduled meetings with Team Leader to communicate issues, customer feedback and competitor rates.
Wages: Good salary with potential to earn additional bonuses depending on the sales performance.
Working hours: Be prepared to work AEST 9am to 5pm.
