Johnson Matthey is looking for Transport and Customs Coordinator (Координатор за транспорт и царина) to join our Commercial and Logistics team at the Autocatalyst plant in Skopje.

Key responsibilities

• Organizing and coordinating export - import customs clearance processes compliant to local and international regulations and internal procedures as well as precise tariff classification of materials
• Accurate export-import record keeping in accordance with the legislation of R. Macedonia and internal company procedures
• Organising legally compliant and cost effective transportation of shipments and correct and up-to-date reporting of the status of materials in transit

Are you the ideal candidate?
• University Degree or relevant experience in export-import, logistics environment, ideally in manufacturing
• Good understanding of international trade operations and solid knowledge of Macedonian and EU customs legislation
• Self-motivated individual with a good sense of priorities and able to quickly understand concepts
• Ability to work to deadlines under pressure; developed problem solving skills; high attention to details
• Competent in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point as a minimum)
• Good communication skills in fluent written and spoken English and Macedonian

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30h to 16:30h
