Currently we are looking for an Administrative Assistant (full time job) to join our team in Skopje, available to start as soon as possible.

The position is offering excellent opportunities for growth, training and personal development. The candidate needs to be ready for a training period of 4 weeks in our London offices, with covered expenses, in a friendly working environment with young professionals from all around the world.

The ideal candidate should be confident and self-motivated, team player with a proactive and can do attitude. Excellent problem solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
• Processing customer requests
• Entering data
• Contacting customers
• Sending and processing emails

Requirements:
• Excellent English written and spoken
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure

Working hours 9:00 h - 17:00 h
