Red Sweater Project offers underprivileged kids in rural Tanzania affordable and easy access to advanced education by collaborating closely with developing communities. We run the Mungere School, which is close to Mto wa Mbu - a town in northern Arusha Region.

As a Communications & Media Manager, you will work alongside the Executive Director and Development Director; sharing the story of Mungere School and Red Sweater Project. You will take on a crucial role as the ears and eyes on the ground, helping breathe life into the program’s stories and success.

Your primary focus is generating content and sharing stories. You will develop and manage content that can be effectively shared to Red Sweater Project’s wider support network. To do so, you will use multiple platforms - social media, websites, e-newsletters, etc. This is an ideal position if you have an outgoing personality and eager to work closely with volunteers, staff, students, and local community members.
