Based on Articles 19, 33 and 38 of the Law on Scientific Research Work (Official Gazette No. 53/2016) and Articles 51 and 136 of the Statute of a Private Scientific Institution "Institute for Business and Management HEIDELBERG - Skopje", as an independent a higher education institution performing a higher education activity that is not a part of the University, the president of the Commission for founding the institute announces:
COMPETITION
For selection of researchers and managing authority - Director of
“Institute for Business and Management HEIDELBERG – Skopje”
I. 5 researchers are selected in all scientific titles, for the scientific field:
- Research work in the field of business;
- Research work in the field of management;
- Research work in the field of banking;
- Research work in the field of finance, accounting and controlling;
- Research work in the field of information technology.
In addition to the general conditions stipulated by the Law on Labor Relations, the candidates must fulfill the conditions stipulated in the Law on Scientific Research (Official Gazette No. 53/2016).
II. A managing authority is elected - Director of the “Institute for Business and Management HEIDELBERG – Skopje”
In addition to the general conditions determined by the Law on Labor Relations and the Law on Scientific Research Work (Official Gazette No. 53/2016), the candidate must fulfill the following conditions:
- have completed at least a second cycle of studies;
- have passed the bar exam;
- have at least one year work experience in managing specialized education organizations for international certification in the fields of finance, controlling, business and banking.
- not to be convicted of criminal offenses;
- to possess a Certificate that no misdemeanor sanction, prohibition to perform a profession, activity or duty has been pronounced for him

Applications submitted in due time and with complete documentation are submitted to the main branch in
Heidelberg, Germany (Vangerowstraße 18, 69115 Heidelberg, Germany) for consideration and final decision-making.
Applicants must submit to the applications:
- Biography in English;
- Proof of completion of appropriate education in the area they apply for;
- A list of published papers and, if possible, a copy of the papers;
- During the application, applicants will have the advantage who will submit proof of English language proficiency, which the candidate proves with a certificate of language proficiency (TOEFEL) - at least 74 points for electronic examinations via a computer not older than two years from the date of issue , (IELTS) - at least 6 points not older than two years from the date of issue, (TOLES) - Foundation level (ILEC) - passed with success at least B2 (B2) and Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English (Cambridge Cerficate of Preliminary English) - (B1)
- For researchers who applying in the field of information technology must to submit proof of completion of a third-cycle study at one of the first hundred ranked universities according to the latest published list of the World-class University Center for Shanghai Jio Tong.
Untimely submitted applications, as well as applications with incomplete documentation will not be considered.
