Come join our team of technologists! We’re currently searching for highly skilled and qualified Junior QA Tester with the following profile:

Position summary:
The selected candidate will work closely with our software developers and critical business teams to improve software products during development and will run tests on software or applications and analyze defects in order to improve products.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct software compatibility and regression tests
• Working closely with software developers to develop test specifications and build test cases to rigorously test product functionality and investigate all potential product test failures
• Document test procedures to ensure replicability
• Identify program deviance from standards, and suggest modifications to ensure compliance
• Provide developers with feedback on software usability and functionality
• Install and configure software on testing environments
• Work with business leads in defining QA success criteria at a per project and per solution level

Qualifications:
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer engineering or programming, information technology or a similar field
• Minimum 1 year experience with software QA techniques and processes
• Minimum 1 year experience testing web-based applications
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a rapid development environment
• Must be able to communicate clearly in writing, by phone, and in person
• Must be a dependable, patient team-player
• Exposure to programming techniques is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others and set a positive example
• The ability to support department goals that align with current and future Company objectives and initiatives
• Must be able to work under general supervision in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
• Strong organization skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignment simultaneously
• Extremely motivated
• Excellent written and spoken English
