Following the successful approval of the investment in Macedonia, Ohrid we are looking for a Production Engineer to join our Engineering team.
The Production Planning Engineer ensures that product development and project launch meets the customer requirements as well as to provide flawless and sustainable planning in regards to new and existing product and process introductions, thus managing and mitigating project risks in all phases. Prepares, implements and monitors all product and production related changes and ensures compliance with the customer requirements for functionality and quality. Supporting the project manager and the SE team as the engineering site in order to achieve all relevant milestones from the project until the handover is done to serial production. Support in serial phase for the project if any changes are being initiated.
- Ideally, candidates will have University degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering and basic knowledge in manufacturing processes of mechatronic and electronic modules is considered as an advantage.
In addition, candidates should also ideally, have the following:
• Project management experience is considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and risk management in the whole product life cycle
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritizes tasks
• Ability to work with technical drawings
• Poses very good communication skills and is willing to work in an international team
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and problem solving skills
• Self-starter, teamwork oriented and ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams
• Fluent in both verbal and written Macedonian and English
