As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join
our dynamic team.
JOB BRIEF:
The Financial Controller will be instrumental in ensuring accurate reporting, and and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will drive financial efficiency and compliance while contributing to the company’s growth and sustainability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Participates in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for the company's needs, as well as their timely distribution.
• Participates in the preparation of the company's annual budget, revision of annual plans, as well as strategic plans and forecasts, in cooperation with the management.
• Prepares current estimates and long-term financial projections in accordance with the group's guidelines and in close cooperation with the management.
• Participates in the preparation of financial reports for the needs of financial consolidation at the Group level.
• Involved in the analysis of costs by departments and phases of the production process, to accurately determine the cost price of products and semi-finished products.
• Monitors and analyzes performance in relation to forecast, identifies deviations and proposes appropriate corrective measures, with a focus on key business indicators (KPI).
• Collects, structures and processes data from various sources – IT system, accounting, sales, production to provide consistent and accurate financial data.
• Prepares various types of financial analyses (standard and ad-hoc), in accordance with current business requirements.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• University degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a similar relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in financial planning, budgeting, controlling, and/or financial reporting.
• Experience in an international company or group is considered an advantage.
• Experience with SAP is desirable
• Proficiency in using digital skills (MS Office, PowerPoint and other AI tools), Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis)
• English proficiency, advanced level of written and verbal English
