Expanding our business operations in Macedonia, we are looking for the following position:
Sales Manager
Key role responsibilities:
• Visit and manage execution in retail stores, multiple retailers
• Visit Regional Accounts
• Train Store Managers
• Support Field Team Sales Force by organizing, controlling and follow up
• Coordinate execution, control and participate at channels events
• Identify business opportunities regionally
• Prepare weekly analytics reports for the sales performance of the channels and manage database
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities
• Manage regional and local negotiation with retailers
Required professional skills:
• Relevant working experience of at least 2-3 years in sales on the field (preferably in retail)
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Albanian will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent communicator, open minded and good listener
• Proactive and flexible person full of positive spirit
• Open to travel up to 3 weeks a month
