Business Support Systems (BSS) Operations Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring smooth daily operations of BSS systems and services including stand by 24/7 as part of the BSS operations team that assures
Supporting end users form business departments, and being 2nd line of support for BSS systems and services and point of escalation to 3th line of support
Responsible for setup of monitoring tools and to act proactively in order to identify potential problems and avoid escalations in BSS domain
Setting up and measuring incident management KPI’s and defining strategies and activities to improve BSS operations results together with other BSS teams
Job Requirements
University degree in Computer Science (preferably telecommunications)
Basic RDBMS, SQL and web services skills
Analytical capabilities and out-of-the box thinking
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Customer-oriented mindset
Solution- and goal-oriented personality
Ability to maintain high standards of quality
Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment
Proactive team player
