Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist (Специјалист за финансиско планирање и анализа)

LOCATION: Skopje Site, Clean Air Division    

Clean Air Division supplies one third of all catalysts fitted to cars around the world and is a leading producer of catalysts for trucks and buses too. We use our scientific know-how to create innovative products that play a crucial part in reducing harmful emissions and improving air quality, helping our customers meet legislative requirements globally.

We are now seeking a strong, analytical and pro-active FP&A Specialist to join our Finance team, to manage the Financial Planning and Analysis requirements. The FP&A Specialist has a key role in driving the financial reporting and the planning process for Skopje site. The successful candidate will use their technical, organisational and analytical skills to drive consistent and efficient reporting.

Key responsibilities:

•    Monitor transactions in following areas: Finance Accounting, Group reporting, Intercompany reconciliations and Opex.
•    Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, comparing it to actual results, and reporting on variances from the budget
•    Actively participate in Forecasting and Budgeting process – explain significant variances and monitor the process
•    Perform detailed financial analysis including profitability analysis, return of investment, monitoring business issues and impact to bottom line
•    Provide accurate and timely information for decision making and develop a management information system in all relevant areas of responsibility.  
•    Responsible for the preparation of MOR and FA Pack and organising the Intercompany reconciliations
•    Planning and organising of daily output needs and requirements

Are you the ideal candidate?

•    Degree or professional qualification in Accounting and/or equivalent
•    Ability to apply knowledge of applicable Accounting standards and Local regulations
•    Microsoft office and knowledge of SAP
•    Demonstrable problem solving and strong analytical review skills
•    Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills (ability to collaborate with a multi-department team)
•    Planning and organising skills
•    Delegating responsibilities and gaining commitment
•    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting

Working hour: Monday to Friday 08:30h till 16:30h
