As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join
our dynamic team.
JOB BRIEF:
The Process Engineer will be instrumental providing supports, leading and overseeing the optimization of plant performance by managing process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve operational excellence and cost efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor and analyze key process and operational parameters, guiding the resolution of deviations and driving data-informed decision-making.
• Support plant production optimization and energy efficiency strategies to meet and exceed defined quality standards.
• Develop and oversee the execution of cost-reduction initiatives and performance enhancement programs.
• Conduct process inspections, audits, and technical evaluations, ensuring the effectiveness of corrective actions through collaboration with production and maintenance teams.
• Perform detailed analysis of key process trends, developments and changes in equipment performance behaviors in day-to-day plant operations.
• Pinpoint issues in business processes by examining process data, metrics to create process workflows and designs that adhere to group guidelines with legal standards.
• Coordinate and validate benchmarking studies, ensuring the integration of best practices into plant operations.
• Perform technical evaluations as needed to help ensure the success of new installations and modifications.
• Manage the planning and execution of new installations, upgrades, and commissioning processes.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or chemical engineering.
• Experience of 6 - 8 years of in production operations.
• Good knowledge & exposure of process tools and latest developments.
• Knowledge of energy audits
• Planning, Cost & Data analysis
• Be able to present and explain the process vision, goals, and improvements in a clear and concise manner.
• English proficiency, advanced level of written and verbal English
