Key responsibilities:
•Verification of the input regarding purchasing (supplier’s invoices, import invoices, etc.), selling (Inter Company Recharges, export invoices, etc.), bank transactions
•Booking and control/inventory of fixed assets for Macedonia
•Coordinate process of receiving invoices, payments to the suppliers; handle inquiries about vendors for Macedonia
•Coordinate month-end closing
•Participate in the annual audit
•Monthly/Quarterly reconciliation of the Trial Balance of Avon Macedonia
•Ensure that the process of booking is aligned with AVON Global Control Procedures&Policies
•Prepare reconciliation templates, communicate and explain the differences for booking related to Macedonia

Our expectations:
•    University degree (Preferable in Accounting & Control or Finance)
•    At least 3 years accounting experience
•    Attention to details
•    Very good knowledge of English - both written and spoken
•    Computer literacy - MS Office, Excellent command on MS Excel (functions mostly)
•    Team player
•    Experience in a multinational company is strongly desired
•    Background in cross country virtual teams
•    Good command of Albanian is considered a competitive advantage.
