Devex's Global Recruitment Services team is look for fellows to serve on a six month assignment. We're looking for recent grads and early career professionals who studied global development and are looking to get experience in the sector and potentially work abroad.

Please note that you need EU work authorization to work in Barcelona, but we are open to more nationalities for Manila.

Requirements:

To fit well in this role you must be sharp, organized, know how to see a project through from start to finish and have the research and analytical skills to learn the nuance of global development operations. And–this really matters–you need the communications skills that attract colleagues to want to work with you.

You also must have…

· A bachelor’s degree in a related field (Human resources, communications, international development);

· 1-2 years experience in an administrative position (internships and volunteer work counts)

· Native or near native written and spoken English skills;

· Fluency in French in a plus;

· A passion for learning about the global development and humanitarian sector;

· The drive to help people find jobs they love and guiding employers to the best talent.
