1. OPERATIONS MANAGER (1 position) responsible for the company day to day operations and for planning, executing, and finalizing the company projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years’ work experience in a software implementation project management capacity
• Hands-on project management, must be able to execute the entire project lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Strong problem-solving skills in project management, solution delivery, and personnel management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal form
• Proven success in developing client relationships and managing expectations
• Strong attention to details
• English language – fluent

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the company’s day to day operational activities
• Closely collaborate with the company management team on the implementation of the company strategic vision and goals
• Seek continuous operational and infrastructure improvement opportunities
• Work with the company management, business partners, IT peers and vendors to facilitate problem resolution
• Implement agile project management strategies, procedures and processes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and budget
• Developing projects plans, goals, and identifying the needed resources
• Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the projects
• Assembling and coordinating projects’ team members
• Manage resources both internally and externally to optimize projects delivery

2. PROJECT MANAGER (2 positions) that will be responsible for delivery of a range of projects for clients and will be involved in all stages from initial client conversations through to delivery.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
• 5+ years of proven working experience in project management in technology environment
• Excellent client-facing skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Multitasking skills with great attention to detail
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge in software development life cycle
• Strong project and customer management skills and excellent business understanding
• Team and project coordination skills
• English language – fluent

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales Team in developing key relationships with clients and partners
• Act as a middleman between the clients and Engineering/Sales/Account Management teams
• Understand clients’ needs and clearly communicate them further to the responsible teams
• Be responsible for the presentation of the company products and projects, their functions and scope to clients and partners
• Regularly be client facing on calls, meetings and email communications
• Be involved in preparing tender documentation and other pre-sales documentation
• Actively participate in the onboarding process after signing a contract with a new client/partner
• Work closely with the Engineering team to discuss scope and product/project features
• Implement agile project management strategies and ensure projects are delivered on time and budget
• Developing project plans, goals, and identifying the needed resources
• Assembling and coordinating project team members – assigning individual responsibilities

3. QA MANAGER (1 position) who will be implementing and managing the QA functions for our development team. You will oversee our software engineering processes and methods to ensure high quality standards are met. You will have an essential role in building and steering the Quality processes and procedures with your skills and experience to deliver effective testing and ensure that product release objectives are met.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
• 5+ years of proven working experience in technology environment, preferably in software quality assurance
• You have in-depth knowledge software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

Responsibilities

• As Software Quality Manager, you create and implement the quality strategy, processes and procedures within the development team
• Liaise with internal teams (project managers, operations team, client support and sales teams, developers etc) to identify system requirements
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Together with the development team, you develop test plans according to the quality management system
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing and report bugs and errors to development teams
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

4. TECH LEAD (1 position) that will Lead a team of developers during the lifetime of an implementation of our products and projects

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related degree
• 5+ years of Software Development experience
• Strong analysis, design & solutioning skills
• Proven excellent planning and tracking skills from project inception to transition
• Proven complex technical problem-solving skills
• Expert knowledge of specific technologies
• Extensive experience with software engineering good practices (testing, code review, continuous delivery, design documentation)
• Willingness to take ownership of significant elements of an overall solution
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to deliver without direct supervision
• Fluent English – written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the team and the stakeholders to define development timeframes, dependencies, and areas of risk to be considered in project planning.
• Develop framework, new features, reusable components, and documentation.
• Participate in team training, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
• Oversee the selection of the appropriate technologies (languages, middleware, etc.) for the solution
• Manage the development of proof of concepts around solution components
• Compile and review estimates around all technical aspects of a solution
• Ensure all aspects of good design and construction are delivered, including: performance, scalability and security, as well as modularity, interoperability and upgradability
• Work with peers within the client organization to ensure a successful delivery
• Attend client calls as technical expert and offer advice or qualified recommendations based on clear and relevant information
• Provide detailed planning and tracking information to project management
• Identify and capture areas for improvement/innovation
