BG-LOGISTICS INC as a fast growing US Logistics company is recruiting a Head of Safety department in the office in Skopje, Macedonia

Roles and Responsibilities

1 Conduct risk assessment and put preventive measures to avoid all possible safety hazards.
2 Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations of safety norms.
3 Monitor and maintain the record of Incidents / Accident. Investigating causes of Accidents and other unsafe conditions on the road
4 Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics & suggesting improvements to existing business processes
5 Prepare educational seminars on a regular basis and impart Training to staff on safety
6 Conduct Safety Audit and highlight unsafe behaviour or violations to Management

Authority and Accountability
1 Auditing all areas, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behaviour and guide the team.
2 Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards
3 Ordering repairs for unsafe and/or damaged equipment
4 Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the road
5 Maintain the record of Incident / Accidents

Location Skopje, Macedonia
Relevant work Experience: 3-6 yrs in road transport safety for US
