Junior Panel Manager
Lifepanel is the next generation online probability panel in Europe. We currently collect representative opinions from respondents in Malta, Germany and North Macedonia. We are a spin-off from Sample Solutions which has provided representative market research samples since 2010 with offices in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and Skopje, Macedonia.
Our insights help to shape policy-making, politics and strategic decisions of the government, think tanks, NGOs and global corporations.
Your responsibilities
● Creating partnerships with CATI fieldwork agencies to build new probability-based panels in Europe with existing clients of Sample Solutions
● Ensuring panel quality (Response rate, demographics) and quantity is overseen and improved consistently
● Building business relationships with potential clients
● Developing a sales pipeline for Lifepanel (including outreach / webinar / conferences)
● Creating Ideal customer profiles for Lifepanel
● Overseeing Data Collection projects from quotation to data delivery
● Monitor recruitment metrics for panel building
● Compose Panel-Wide communication
● Manage panellist customer-service requests
● Discuss with the management team the further development roadmap of the panel management system
● Lead the streamlining of Panel management, sample database, and recruitment related processes, from Project proposal to Project Go Live
● Own the global standards for operational processes by defining and maintaining the operational standards (SOPs), operational flows and training content
● Ensure ISO 20252 Certification gets achieved for Lifepanel
Role Requirements
● Engineering, Research or Economics Background
● Ability to work across countries with different stakeholders
● Fluent in English
● Experience in market research data collection and/or technology is a plus
